**IBM ELM Publishing (RPE/ELO) Developer** **Function**: ALM Reporting & Document Publishing **Experience**: 4–7+ years **About the Role** We're looking for an IBM ELM Publishing (formerly Rational Publishing Engine) developer to build reusable templates that turn DOORS Next (DNG) and Engineering Test Management (ETM) data into controlled, business-ready documents. You'll work with requirements, test and ALM stakeholders and own report quality, performance and defect resolution. **Key Responsibilities** **Develop and maintain reusable publishing templates and report configurations** Translate business document needs into template logic, data queries and formatting rules **Build document-style reports for DNG (requirements, modules, collections) and ETM (test plans, cases, scripts, results)** Support cross-domain traceability reports across requirements and test management **Deliver professional Word, PDF and HTML outputs with reliable pagination, TOC, headers/footers and custom styles** Diagnose and fix report defects, performance issues and formatting problems **Manage releases with regression testing, version control and clear documentation** Work in Scrum/SAFe or hybrid teams and run knowledge-transfer sessions **Must-Have Skills** **Hands-on IBM ELO Publishing / RPE: Document Studio and .dta template authoring (queries, variables, conditions, loops, styling)** DNG and ETM reportable REST APIs **REST, HTTP, XML, XPath and schema interpretation** IBM ELM knowledge, especially DNG and ETM **Document output troubleshooting and performance diagnostics** Git or equivalent version control **Unit and regression testing for reports** **Good to Have** Publishing Document Builder / Launcher **Configuration-managed DNG/ELM contexts** Authentication, certificates and proxy setup **Deployment support across dev/test/prod** Scripting (Python, PowerShell, shell) **Experience in regulated domains (automotive, rail, aerospace, medical devices)** **Qualifications** Bachelor's or master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience **4–7+ years in ALM/reporting, including 3+ years of hands-on RPE/ELO Publishing template development** Proven project experience publishing from DNG and ETM **Strong analytical, ownership and communication skills; able to work independently with distributed teams** Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
